1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Delivery Time & Rates

Standard delivery within Kathmandu Valley typically takes 1-2 business days. Deliveries outside Kathmandu Valley may take 3-5 business days depending on the location. Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number or update you on the delivery status so you can track your package.

4. Damages During Shipping

Seven Rings Nepal ensures products are securely packaged. However, if you receive a damaged item due to transit, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can resolve the issue.
